Privacy Policy

What we collect

If you join the launch list or create a price alert, we collect your email address, the time you signed up, the page you signed up from, and whether you separately opted into marketing email. We deliberately collect nothing else — no names, addresses, or eligibility information. We may collect standard, privacy-conscious site analytics (aggregate page views) that do not build individual profiles.

How we use it

Alert emails are used only to deliver the alerts you asked for and essential service notices. Marketing email (deal roundups, guides) is sent only if you checked the separate marketing box, and we record when and where you consented. Every email includes a working unsubscribe link, honored immediately.

What we never do

We do not sell your email address. We do not share it with retailers. We do not require an account to use the site. Outbound retailer links may include an anonymous affiliate click identifier so networks can attribute purchases — this does not include your email or identity.

Data retention and deletion

Unsubscribed addresses are kept only on a suppression list so we don't email you again. To have your data deleted entirely, email hello@gunatlas.ai and we'll remove it.

Third parties

Email delivery and hosting are provided by service providers acting on our instructions. Retailer sites you click through to have their own privacy policies, which apply once you leave GunAtlas.
